its crazy how differently i am treated by strangers when im wearing a long wig and feminine clothes. with my disguise-people give me their seats on buses, people working in stores call me darling, strangers smile at me. without my disguise-some people on buses look really uncomfortable when i sit next to them, people working in stores follow me around, strangers pull their kids away from me....
